Omega MMA's Mixed Martial Arts sessions are combination of a variety of fighting techniques and skills from a mixture of other combat sports, including boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), wrestling, Muay Thai, kickboxing, and others. It typically involves both striking, using fists, feet, elbows, and knees, and grappling which involving techniques such as submissions, throws, and takedowns.
Omega MMA's sessions are held in our Cage area where you will learn the above techniques to be able to either knock out your opponent, submit them, or score points through effective strikes and control. Our MMA sessions provide you with a holistic approach to fitness, mental health, making it a valuable approach to both your physical and mental growth.
